Our history

Eco Zone of Ada Huja through the years

The Ada Huja Eco Zone developed in an area that for decades was a symbol of industrial Belgrade, and today is becoming a symbol of change and renewal.
Since taking over management of this area, the company has been implementing a series of activities aimed at coastal regeneration, land rehabilitation, and the development of projects that reconnect the city and nature.
Our story is one of perseverance and transformation – of a journey from a neglected industrial landscape to an inspiring example of how responsible action can create a sustainable urban ecosystem.
